Job Summary
Are you a dynamic and resourceful HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? The purpose of this position is to lead and enhance the employee onboarding experience and internal communications strategy to support a positive, engaging, and informed workplace culture. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of new hire onboarding—from orientation to organizational integration—ensuring employees are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed. Additionally, the position serves as the communications lead for Human Resources, driving consistent, strategic messaging across platforms to strengthen employer branding. Through data-driven reporting, event coordination, and administrative support, this role contributes to the overall effectiveness of recruiting, retention, and other Human Resource led initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about supporting employees throughout the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the company’s new employee onboarding program.
- Coordinate and perform employee onboarding activities to keep new hires engaged.
- Assist with background screening and I-9 compliance.
- Provide continuous feedback to Recruiting & Retention Manager on onboarding successes and where opportunities arise to improve employee engagement
- Create, maintain, update and administer Trexis Career site & Intranet content
- Create and collaborate with Recruiting and Retention manager for Trexis job postings ads.
- Responsible for monitoring recruiting and onboarding metrics and making recommendations based on results
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on new hires and terminations
- Reporting & Tracking for company events
- High school diploma required. 4-year college degree preferred (preferably in the HR discipline).
- Two years of experience in Human Resources, data entry, or service-related background preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues.
- Ability to work independently without direct daily supervision.
