Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Master’s level professional in behavioral health who will provide clinical oversight and leadership in crisis assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, staff training, program development, and refinement, productivity, and compliance management.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Master’s level professional in behavioral health who will provide clinical oversight and leadership in crisis assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, staff training, program development, and refinement, productivity, and compliance management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee intake and admission process and program census management
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff interventions and collaborate with collateral care providers and treatment providers.
- Acts on behalf of the Regional Director in his/her absence, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
- Maintain statistical records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as mandated by regulatory and SERV requirements and closely monitor program compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other duties from time to time, as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
- Takes the lead in developing a program or set of activities designed to monitor, evaluate and improve care
- Services provided to enhance the health of clients and the effective use of resources
- Master’s Degree in the human service/behavioral health field plus five years of clinical and related work experience, a minimum of which two years is supervisory skills.
- $66,181.71 per year.
