Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse with Wise Medical Staffing, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care across a variety of settings—including long-term care facilities, hospitals, clinics, and more. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule while making a true impact in patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with approved standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor patient health, perform assessments, and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (LTC or acute care preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced or changing environments
