Are you the Group Instructor/Facilitator we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by facilitating groups for our Massachusetts Impaired Driving Program. This is a Fee-for-Service position.

Are you the Group Instructor/Facilitator we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by facilitating groups for our Massachusetts Impaired Driving Program. This is a Fee-for-Service position.
What You'll Do
- Prepare for each group by compiling educational materials and handouts as determined by group topic and conduct 90 minute psycho-educational groups.
- Provide an atmosphere of support and safety to group participants.
- Provide an atmosphere of engagement and discussion with observation, listening, and providing feedback.
- Maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, colleagues, supervisor and probation officers as needed.
- Follow 42 CFR and HIPAA guidelines during groups and documentation, assuring clients of confidentiality.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service or Education position, such as Clinical Psychology, Education, Criminal Justice, or Social Work required.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
- Group facilitation skills and computer expertise required.
- At least one years’ experience working in substance use treatment program or facility.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
