Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of carpentry tasks, including:
- Framing, decking, and window installation
- Interior finish work (doors, trim, millwork)
- Patching roofs and handling small-scale concrete work
- General handyman-style duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute installations precisely
- Work independently while coordinating with project teams and supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Utilize and maintain a variety of hand and power tools
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience across multiple disciplines
- Carpentry Skills: Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and general repairs
- Independence: Ability to work with minimal oversight and proactively seek guidance when needed
- Technical Knowledge: Competence in reading blueprints and interpreting installation plans
- Travel Readiness: Primarily local work, but willingness to travel for special projects is a plus
- Compliance: A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
- Work Ethic: Strong reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability to various job scopes

- $18.00-$26.00/hour depending on experience
