Shift: Full-Time

Pay: Up to $34 per hour (based on experience)

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Make a real difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with regaining independence in daily living activities.
• Monitor and guide residents during therapeutic tasks and exercises.
• Support the rehabilitation process for residents recovering from injury, illness, or disability.
• Protect resident confidentiality and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
• Foster teamwork by actively participating in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current Florida State COTA License (required)
• Experience in long-term care settings (preferred)
