Job Overview
The Director of Marketing Operations leads a high-capacity team responsible for executing, distributing, and optimizing Crossway’s digital marketing campaigns. This team ensures that content strategy and messaging—developed by the Content Marketing Team—are executed with excellence and efficiency across Crossway’s platforms. The Director of Marketing Operations ensures that all digital campaigns are launched accurately and on time, while also providing platform-specific insight and reporting to continually improve marketing performance and expand audience engagement. THIS IS A ON-SITE POSITION.
