SimioCloud is a cooperative database that primarily serves nonprofits. It combines sourced transactional and consumer data on more than 200 million US adults, delivering real-time insights on non-profit donors and prospects.

This is a hybrid position out of our offices in Lanham, MD, or Peabody, MA.
Your Impact:
- Make outbound sales outreach to potential clients to introduce and sell Simio solutions and products.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and engagement with prospects.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Understand and explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of Simio products.
- Assist with inbound sales calls as needed, providing excellent customer service and converting inquiries into sales.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with clients in a timely manner and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines.
- Continuously learn about our industry and the unique benefits of our products and services to provide the best possible support to potential customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Available to commute to either the Lanham, MD, office or Peabody, MA office on a hybrid basis.
