Field Marketing & Social Media Manager

Position Summary

Ready Rebound is on a mission to transform recovery services for first responders — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a Field Marketing & Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life through impactful conferences, digital storytelling, and engaging social media campaigns. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments, this is your chance to help shape the next chapter of a growing brand.


Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute conference and event campaigns, partner co-marketing, and speaker opportunities.
  • Develop communication materials and digital toolkits to support field execution.
  • Own merchandising strategy, execution and managing vendor/agency partnerships.
  • Manage event logistics, including lead capture, ROI tracking, and post-event reporting.

Social Media & Podcast

  • Develop and manage an annual content calendar aligned with brand positioning and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Ready Rebound’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Podcast presence.
  • Create and schedule content (posts, stories, videos, customer wins, podcast episodes, etc.).
  • Track engagement, growth, and lead contribution from social and podcast channels.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Build dashboards and reporting to track event ROI, digital campaign efficiency, lead generation (via Salesforce), and website analytics.
  • Use insights to optimize plans and recommend adjustments to maximize impact.

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on social media and field marketing best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Mentor junior marketing staff or contractors, setting standards for high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Partner with leadership on strategy while remaining hands-on with execution.

  • B2B & Government Insight: Experience in B2B and/or government-related industries is a strong plus, bringing knowledge of how to navigate complex decision-making environments.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, with direct experience in field marketing as well as digital/social media management.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful conferences and/or events.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and podcasts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital analytics.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in B2B marketing, healthcare, government/public sector, or workers’ compensation industries.
