The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in our fastest growing segments and increasing market share through distributor partners and healthcare providers. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets, building strong distributor relationships, and executing strategic sales plans. The Senior Account Manager will own the medical device distributor accounts and international performance, identify new business opportunities, and ensure excellence in execution of commercial strategies that maximize revenue.
Pay Range: $110,000 – $130,000 per year + Bonus
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Remote
Travel Requirements: 15-20%
Work Environment: Office

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue growth through medical device and healthcare distribution partners, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage our small, high potential, international business by working with our distributor partners to grow the current business and expand our global presence.
- Own strategic distributor relationships at regional and national levels, driving joint business planning and execution to expand reach and penetration.
- Develop account plans that prioritize sales opportunities, competitive conversions, and high-potential markets.
- Partner with healthcare provider-facing sales teams to pull product through distributor channels and accelerate adoption.
- Drive regional sales team engagement through product training, ride-alongs, and performance tracking.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and incentives to optimize account profitability.
- Monitor performance metrics, pipeline activity, and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies in real time.
- Champion new product launches with distributor partners to ensure strong uptake and early momentum.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to deliver impactful sales tools and programs that accelerate distributor sell-through.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales goals.
- Strong business and financial expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare distribution and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to influence, persuade, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Driven, goal-oriented professional who thrives in competitive, high-growth, and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive sales/account management experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or nutrition industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a channel or distributor-driven business.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts, pricing, and incentive structures.
- Deep understanding of healthcare distribution networks, GPO/IDN dynamics, and supply chain processes.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at operating in a competitive, fast-paced market
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
