As an Account Manager at GreenSpark Solar, you will be an ambassador of our mission-driven brand, responsible for building long-term customer partnerships, providing consultative support for solar projects (residential, commercial, or community-scale), and serving as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Understand client needs to recommend aligned solar, battery, or EPC solutions
  • Drive technical sales through compelling proposals tailored to client goals
  • Present solutions and ROI clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, permitting, and construction teams for seamless execution
  • Ensure smooth contract handoff from sales to project delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in solar, battery storage, and community solar
  • Educate clients on financing options, such as 0% down commercial solar financing, to encourage adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years in account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable reading technical documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a mission-driven, fast-growing environment
