Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Traditional classroom instruction or academic teaching
- Passive observation or hands-off coaching
- Unfocused or recreational training sessions
- Heavy administrative duties or academic grading
- Coaching casual or recreational athletes

Basic Requirements

- Elite athletic credentials: Olympic experience, World Championship participation, professional career in major leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL), or NCAA Division I All-American honors
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Proven track record of translating athletic principles into impactful life coaching
- Distinguished leadership experience that inspires and motivates others to excellence
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Commitment to being based in Austin, TX
