Description
Seeking a talented, capable, and resourceful 2026 Summer (May to August) intern student to be a member of the Yield Engineering team, responsible for reviewing and deposition of all production and engineering lots, developing and monitoring yield Pareto’s in wafer fab and at test, performing root cause analysts of top issues, providing Pareto’s and potential causes to other functional departments for addressing top issues, and planning and managing a continuous yield improvement activity across ai departments for the Newbury Park wafer tab
Responsibilities
This individual will work on automation of yield report generation for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. There will be other opportunities to help with yield improvement projects for the GaAs HBT processes m the Newbury Park wafer fab

Required Experience And Skills
- Candidate must be enrolled in a B S or M S college program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field
- Must be able to work onsite up to 3-months (May to August 2026)
- Software development knowledge
- Generation of Excel macros
- Generation of clear code that can be followed by other engineers for continuous maintenance of application
- Hands-on skills in software development
- Higher level computer programming skills, such as C or Python
- Experience in data analysis of large data sets
- Generation of scripts for Camline
- Understanding and creation of pareto charts
