This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. Your Role as a Reading Innovation Leader:

- Partner with our technology team to evolve our AI literacy platform based on real classroom insights

Basic Requirements
Your Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor's degree plus specialized reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable)
- Proven track record of 2+ years leading effective small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
- Demonstrated expertise in reading assessment, student grouping, and creating custom learning pathways
- Comfort with adaptive learning technology and ability to respond to real-time student data
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site at one of our dynamic campuses in Tampa, Austin, or Plano
