Revolutionize reading education with us.

Picture making more progress in reading in just two hours than most schools achieve in an entire day. At Alpha School, we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in elementary reading education with our innovative 2-Hour Learning model. We need a visionary reading specialist to help us expand this revolutionary approach.

Alpha is not your typical private school. We combine AI-driven adaptive tools with expert human guidance to offer tailored, high-impact literacy experiences. Our method allows students to advance more quickly, free from the constraints of the traditional six-hour school day and outdated curricula.

In this role, you'll do more than teach; you'll innovate. Your contributions will drive literacy success in individual classrooms and help create a scalable reading program for multiple campuses. You'll lead dynamic, tech-enhanced workshops, motivate young readers with innovative strategies, and collaborate with engineers to improve the tools that support our model.

Success in this role means significant reading improvements, enthusiastic student participation, and valuable feedback that enhances our AI-driven curriculum. If you're ready to amplify your impact and help transform how children learn to read, apply today.
