Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communications
- Coordinate events, fundraisers, speaking engagements, and follow-up tasks
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and project progress across departments
- Draft and edit internal and external communications & marketing materials
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentation materials for meetings
- Serve as onsite support during events, meetings, and organizational functions
- Maintain an in-person presence at ART INC headquarters
- Provide administrative coordination at all times and especially during CEO absences
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive or administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to turn verbal instructions into actionable results
- Organized, self-motivated, and accountable
- Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
- Technologically fluent in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and project management tools
- Mission-aligned with an interest in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, or the arts
- Team player mindset with humility and strong work ethic
