We’re looking for passionate and reliable STEM Tutors to join our team! If you enjoy working with students and helping them succeed in math, science, and other STEM subjects, this is a great opportunity to make an impact while working a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 tutoring sessions in STEM subjects (primarily K-8)
Support students in building confidence and developing problem-solving skills
Tailor to each student’s needs and learning style
Submit short session reports to communicate progress and strategies to parents and our team
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge in math and science (K-8 level required; higher-level subjects a plus)
Teaching, Tutoring, Or Mentoring Experience Preferred
Patience, positivity, and strong communication skills
Reliable, professional, and organized
Must have reliable transportation to travel to student homes in Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, and surrounding areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in education, math, science, engineering, or related field preferred
Prior tutoring or classroom teaching experience is a plus
Ability to commit to a consistent schedule with students
Compensation & Benefits
