Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities for U.S.-based positions across Florida (FL), North Carolina (NC), and Texas (TX). This includes sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and leading onboarding for new hires and contractors. The role requires working knowledge of UKG and SAP, and experience managing relationships with contract labor vendors and staffing agencies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for U.S. locations in FL, NC, and TX, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Administer requisitions and candidate workflows using UKG Pro Recruiting and SAP platforms.
- Serve as recruiting system lead for UKG and SAP-related data entry, workflow integrity, and user troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop strategic sourcing plans.
- Manage and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and contract labor vendors, including performance monitoring, rate negotiation, and compliance tracking.
- Execute the onboarding process for all new hires and contractors, including background checks, paperwork, system access setup, and orientation coordination.
- Ensure timely and compliant onboarding in partnership with HR, Payroll, IT, and hiring departments.
- Track and report on contractor assignments, agency usage, and onboarding completion.
- Ensure all recruiting and onboarding practices comply with applicable laws and internal policies (e.g., EEO, FLSA, I-9, ADA, FCRA).
- Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and college recruitment initiatives, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and onboarding metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality of all candidate, contractor, and organizational information.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding, ideally across multiple U.S. states.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and SAP required.
- Experience managing staffing vendors and onboarding processes required.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance (e.g., EEO, FCRA, I-9, ADA, etc.).
- Familiarity with contract labor onboarding and assignment tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and coordinate hiring across multiple states.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with distributed teams.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Possible occasional travel to job fairs, recruiting events or company sites in FL, NC, and TX.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds (e.g., recruitment materials or event supplies).
- Standard office work environment.
