We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the marketing operations manager, who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy, with strong organizational and project management skills. The ideal candidate is sales-focused, creative, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, while also contributing to marketing operations. The Marketing Coordinator will help ensure campaign workflows run smoothly, marketing technology and data are maintained accurately, and reporting processes provide visibility into performance and ROI. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, bringing structure and efficiency to campaign execution while also supporting marketing operations functions such as campaign setup, list management, performance reporting, and vendor coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Operations Administration (35%)
- Oversee departmental purchase orders, from creation and approval to processing, with a focus on accuracy, budget compliance, and adherence to procurement policies. Coordinate vendor payment processes, including invoices, reconciliations, and budget tracking, to ensure Origence compliance.
- Support the project management process in planning, organizing, and executing projects in the marketing pipeline, serving as the bridge between different team members, stakeholders, and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. This includes, but is not limited to, creating timelines, resource allocations, task assignments, problem-solving, and quality assurance.
- Effectively handle administrative tasks (e.g., data management, material management, meeting coordination, information dissemination, program execution, and relationship management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Assist the demand generation managers in communicating campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables to the sales and product teams, and provide clear instruction for use or promotion.
- Utilize CRM to track interactions, manage tasks, scrub contact lists and keep all records up to date, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving campaign performance
- Assist with managing distribution lists which includes but not limited to building, segmenting, and scrubbing to optimize highest open and click-through rates.
- Support demand generation managers, and digital marketing with building landing pages, microsites, emails, social content, campaign tagging, UTM’s, and tracking setup to ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program and campaign success with demand generation managers and marketing leadership.
- Manage the MarTech stack, Origence e-commerce stores, promotional item inventory management, auditing, and analysis.
- Assist Operations in optimizing marketing processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency and effectiveness, increase go-to-market speed and prepare operational and marketing activity reports.

- B.A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of B2B marketing Preferred
- Certifications in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or Marketing Automation preferred
- 2-5 years’ marketing experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment (e.g. tech, startup, marketing agency)
- 2-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing and project management
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear, succinct, and timely communication (verbal, written, listening) and proven ability to foster important relationships.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, SalesForce, HubSpot, WordPress, and Project Management software preferred
- Working knowledge of Power BI a plus
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
