- Hourly range $17.00 -$19.00, depending on experience
What you’ll be doing: This position interacts with several functions within our business which also will provide vast learning and developmental opportunities. You will be handling incoming calls from clients administering supply and service support.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming service and supply requests from contracted accounts in a timely manner.
- Review account history to ensure appropriate product levels are shipped.
- Maintain client relationships to give customers a positive experience.
- Provide support promptly per established procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries and problems regarding service visits, device consumption, damaged shipments, or defective products.
- Update customer systems/records when required.
- Generate reports as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a combination of the order processing and customer account maintenance and support experience
- Good communication skills with ability to present information on a one-on-one and small group situations to customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
