Job Description

A computer vision intern is sought to develop detect and track algorithms for airborne collision avoidance in support of Advanced Air Mobility research. Current and future datasets include video recorded from multirotor UAV of GA and fixed-wing UAV. The intern may assist in collecting data during flight test, organizing and labeling data, and developing algorithms for intruder aircraft detection, tracking, and classification from a multicamera array.

Intermediate programming level for C++ or Python

Intermediate software development skills are required. Computer vision and machine learning skills are desired. Experience with embedded systems and linux environment is beneficial. Familiarity with UAV is a bonus.

Salary range: $24.44/hr.-$27.50/hr.
