Program Manager Audience Engagement (Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc.; Carlsbad, California):
Responsible for the strategy development and execution in promoting the brand through multiple channels, including social media and Team TaylorMade’s athlete and ambassador partnership. Establish KPIs to promote audience development goals across various collaborations and channels. Create reporting and analytics to measure achievement. Share analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. Create and execute programming - utilizing all available channels within the Team TaylorMade PESO (Paid, Shared, Earned, and Owned/Organic) media mix – that drives audience growth and retention. Partner with Sports Marketing Team to establish and execute digital communication strategies with Team TaylorMade athletes on the PGA TOUR, LPGA, European Tour, etc. Identify, engage, track, and analyze a robust network of Team TaylorMade ambassadors and influencers, while creating unique ways of promoting the brand and product messages through their individual audience reach. Collaborate with all TaylorMade global regions to develop goals and strategies to promote the brand and drive audience growth and retention around the globe. Distribute quarterly plans across multiple channels with a focus on audience development and athlete/influencer strategies. Social Media monitoring and listening to identify audience growth opportunities. Build audience growth and relationship partnerships with our media and commercial partners where relevant. Perform other related responsibilities as required, including working closely with various internal digital marketing channels to assist with the building of a synergistic plan to further promote the TaylorMade brand and increase revenue.
Other: 20% domestic travel.
