Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand goals and challenges.
- Provide strategic HR guidance that drives performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
- Lead change management efforts, including organizational structure changes and policy reviews.
- Ensure initiatives align with business priorities and support long-term growth.
- Support managers in establishing effective performance management practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve team and individual performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
- Conduct investigations and recommend fair and consistent resolutions for grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement engagement programs that boost morale, recognition, and company culture.
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Interpret and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company regulations.
- Provide timely guidance to leaders and employees on complex HR matters.
- Leverage HR data and metrics (e.g., attrition, survey results, employee sentiment) to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives and systems by communicating change clearly and facilitating learning programs.
- Promote adoption and continuous improvement through stakeholder alignment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
- Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
- Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
