What You Will Do

Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid
What You Will Do
- Schedule and facilitate daily standups
- Schedule and facilitate sprint planning meetings
- Schedule and facilitate sprint review meetings
- Schedule and facilitate retrospective meetings
- Facilitate communications and ensure effective collaboration
- Have ownership and drive communication to stakeholders
- Aid the team members by removing blockers and resolving team conflicts
- Coach team members in the Scrum methodology
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide team members to higher Scrum maturity
- Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
- Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
- Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members

- Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other related field or equivalent years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 5+ years of experience as scrum master
- Familiarity with or experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
- Familiarity with Databricks or other cloud database
- Familiarity with data movement, ETL
- Familiarity with datasets
- Familiarity with or working knowledge of SQL
- Scrum master certification
- Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
- Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
- Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM or PLM
