We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for organization, and the resilience to manage multiple priorities with ease. If you’re a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills and experience using project management tools like Monday.com, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of bringing new products to life and improving how we work. You’ll guide projects from idea to launch, working cross-functionally with sales, product development, procurement, food safety & quality, and manufacturing teams. You’ll balance speed-to-market with excellence, ensuring every launch is on time, on spec, and on target.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own and lead projects through our Stage Gate process to deliver on-time, successful product launches.
• Keep projects moving by managing timelines, risks, and scope—making sure priorities and updates are clear across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
• Lead communication on project changes, product discontinuations, or variances so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Champion our tools (Monday.com, SpecRight) to organize project data and streamline workflows.
• Run key meetings that keep stakeholders aligned and focused on priorities.
• Drive improvement by spotting opportunities to strengthen processes, team management, and meeting effectiveness.
• Support & train teammates on Stage Gate and project management best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit... We’re looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in project management (3–5 years in manufacturing or food industry preferred).
• Strong organizational skills—you keep details straight even when juggling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication—you’re clear, direct, and collaborative across all levels.
• Confidence and resilience—you can handle tough conversations and shifting priorities with professionalism.
• Tech savvy—comfortable with project management tools (especially Monday.com) and quick to learn new systems.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and act quickly.
• A degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
