GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (KO-GENA-IUKOA)

  • Provides clerical support and assistance to Regional HR Director.
  • Provides support to other HR staff.
  • Coordinates, processes, verifies, and maintains HR related documentation, which may include recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations, classifications and I-9s.
  • Assists the HR team by researching information.
  • Performs data entry for processing transactions and maintaining and keeping employee information current.
  • Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and documents.
  • Processes new student worker hires.
  • Coordinates with Healthy Indiana University (IU) committee chair for all campus initiatives.
  • Initiates offer letters and completes onboarding/welcome process for new employees.
  • Assists with campus events and recognition.
  • Assists with job postings and interviews as needed.
  • Manages social media.

EDUCATION

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

Required

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years administrative support (preferably providing HR support using Microsoft Office suite products)
