Are you an experienced attorney with a strong foundation in labor law and collective bargaining? This General Counsel role offers a chance to join a mission-driven organization as a key member of its leadership team.
You’ll find rewarding work and genuine collaboration as you work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and HR. The organization will rely on your background in labor law and union experience, and they’ll look to you to provide strategic legal counsel on a variety of matters. This will include collective bargaining, representing the union in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
This is a hands-on position that requires comfort navigating complex legal landscapes and building trust across both leadership and union membership. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate legal nuance into actionable strategy.
After an initial in-office onboarding period, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule.
