Job Summary:
The HHA Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to meet the staffing needs of our home care clients.

Job Summary:
The HHA Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to meet the staffing needs of our home care clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and recruit qualified HHAs/PCAs via job boards, referrals, job fairs, community events, schools, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
- Manage the entire hiring process from application to onboarding.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and compliant with state home care regulations.
- Maintain relationships with caregivers to improve retention and reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with the scheduling and compliance teams to meet client needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in home care.
- Familiarity with HHA credentialing requirements (DOH, TB, physicals, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
