Zoomin Groomin is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Support / Franchise Coach to join our Corporate Team. This role is all about coaching, supporting, and empowering our franchise owners to succeed. If you love working with people, solving problems, and helping business owners thrive, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do

• Support the onboarding process of new franchise business owners
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to franchisees to help them grow their business.
• Coach owners on best practices in operations, customer service, and team management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational questions.
• Monitor performance metrics and work with owners on strategies for success.
• Help ensure consistency and excellence across all Zoomin Groomin locations.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in franchise operations, business coaching, or multi-unit management (pet industry experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A supportive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
