Who You Are

As a Director at PRP, you are a solution minded individual who embraces challenging problems and appreciates doing so in a team environment. The ideal candidate will leverage critical thinking skills to influence, negotiate, implement and manage cost reduction solutions for our clients. As Director, you will provide leadership and guidance for your team as well as evaluate client situations and partner with the expense area experts to analyze and negotiate pricing for PRP clients. The Director is responsible to successful execution of Practice Group strategy, meeting of financial goals (P&L Management), and team development.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding department and personal performance to key performance indicator goals
  • Sell new projects and renewal contracts to existing clients with a high level of urgency
  • Building meaningful relationships with C Suite executives
  • Identify and deliver new value to existing clients
  • Maximize client savings achieved and value to retain targeted accounts after initial engagement
  • Maintain C-level engagement by meeting regularly to confirm savings achieved, obtain approval to implement additional savings and build trusted relationships
  • Identify, track, manage (define root cause and effective counter measures), and quickly resolve project issues
  • Establish, maintain, and track performance through dashboards that reflect contributions from all team players
  • Leadership responsibility of 2-4 direct reports
  • Evaluate and mentor staff, fostering personal as well as professional growth resulting in team retention, direct reports being promoted and taking on more responsibility
  • Establish productive working collaborative relationships with partners in other operational groups within the company
  • Quickly garner internal resources from all departments to collaborate with and find a way to keep projects moving forward when faced with adversity
  • Identify and lead company and department improvement initiatives through to implementation
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gain knowledge, ensure inter-departmental cooperation, and adopt best practices to execute client initiatives
  • Partner with clients to ensure compliance to service agreement
  • Other duties as assigned

Expertise In The Following Areas

  • Claims Processing – Specializing in optimizing front-end processes, including patient access, insurance verification, and pre-authorization to ensure clean claims and accelerated reimbursements.
  • eDiscovery – Contract review and negotiation, with deep expertise in identifying key legal and compliance risks, managing review workflows, and aligning contract terms with regulatory and client requirements
  • Heavy Duty Equipment – Focus in contract structuring, fleet utilization, and cost optimization to maximize equipment ROI and ensure compliance with industry safety and leasing standards.
  • Library & Information Services – Specializing in analyzing case law, statutes, and regulatory materials to support litigation strategy, contract interpretation, and risk assessment across diverse practice areas.
  • Office Equipment – Optimizing print environments through fleet management, cost control, security compliance, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Outsourced Services – Outsourced copy and mail labor services, specializing in vendor management, service level optimization, and process improvement to ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective document handling and distribution.
  • Record Retention & Shredding – Specializing in compliance-driven records management, secure chain-of-custody protocols, and cost-efficient solutions for document retention, retrieval, and certified destruction
  • Research & Information Services – Optimization of platforms for competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and strategic decision support through actionable data insights.
  • Waste Services – Building sustainable waste management solutions, regulatory compliance, and optimizing collection and disposal processes to reduce environmental impact and operational costs

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 9-13 years of expense management, vendor management, consulting or other related experience
  • 4+ years of management/supervisory experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Ability to lead others to complete complex projects on time
  • Experience in building relationships and alignment amongst team members and clients with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results

The salary range for this position is: $ 149,640.00 - $184,400.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
