Schedule:
Job Type: Full-time, IN-Office Position
Rotating Shifts (includes rotating weekends):
Our Call Center is open 7 days a week, and our CSR team answers calls from 8 am to 8 pm every day.
Rotating shifts that included nights and weekends
Pay:$18/hour + Performance Bonus and Incentives.

- Provide Customers with exceptional customer service on incoming calls.
- Wow Customers through exceptional service Outbound - to existing customers (no cold calling)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING
