Join our Solutions Engineering group, supporting seamless logistics for the Skydio Solutions Engineering Team. Your role is critical in ensuring that equipment moves efficiently and reliably to dozens of our team members.

About The Team
Join our Solutions Engineering group, supporting seamless logistics for the Skydio Solutions Engineering Team. Your role is critical in ensuring that equipment moves efficiently and reliably to dozens of our team members.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and fulfill internal equipment requests and sales orders
- Manage logistics workflows and ensure timely equipment delivery to team members
- Handle cloud provisioning tasks tied to logistics and customer-facing workflows
- Serve as a front-line resource for product demonstrations at Skydio HQ
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—Sales, Engineering, Customer Success—to align on delivery schedules
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or equipment delivery issues promptly
- Experience with NetSuite — preferred for managing internal order flows
- Background in logistics, manufacturing operations, or similar supply chain environments
- Comfortable with customer-facing tasks — especially coordinating product demos and interactions
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with an eagerness to tackle complex logistical challenges
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt quickly
- Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping certification already held, or the ability to gain certification quickly
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move boxes or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
