Summary Of Position
The AEC Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the Talent Acquisition function at Core States. This individual will serve as a full life-cycle recruiter, owning every stage of the recruitment process from initial requisition to onboarding. Responsibilities include crafting and publishing job postings, proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through various channels, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and managing the offer and pre-boarding processes. Success in this role requires a strong ability to identify, attract, and secure top-tier candidates, as well as a passion for creating a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish.

You will report to the Sr. Mgr. of Talent Acquisition & Candidate experience and work with a team of HR and Talent Acquisition professionals.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role that will be based out of our Kent, WA; Philadelphia, PA or West Chester, PA offices. Expectation is to be in office a few days per week.

Responsibilities
- Source and pre-qualify both active and passive candidates through various methods.
- Create and maintain external and internal job postings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Consult with all teams on current and future staffing needs.
- Be familiar with ongoing trends, forecasting and industry research to develop target lists of companies, employees and identify potential networking prospects.
- Balance a large number of open positions, across multiple offices and disciplines, in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.
- Collaborate with management to prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages.
- Assist with Talent Operations (ATS, Talent Branding, Partnerships w/vendors, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years of Full Life-Cycle Recruiting experience, ideally in both Agency and Corporate environments
- Must have experience recruiting technical skill sets within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction fields.
- Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Need to be able to demonstrate strong sourcing skills including ability to create searches and the building of pipelines for both active and future requirements.
