A Parent Partner is responsible for providing one-on-one guidance and support in a variety of environments and community settings for families or caregivers participating in the Enhanced Care Management program. A Parent Partner is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant member of the Enhanced Care Management Team. This position works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor or Program Manager.
