Complete Care Management is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, proudly supporting facilities across multiple states. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Director of Human Resources to support our South Jersey region, with primary travel throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

This is a hands-on, facility-focused role, with regular travel to locations majority throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties. The Regional Director of HR will be a key partner to our facility leadership teams, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR resource for facilities across the South Jersey region, traveling daily to assigned locations.
  • Partner with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and facility HR teams to address employee relations, staffing challenges, and workforce engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Lead and oversee new employee orientation processes, training initiatives, and employee morale-building activities.
  • Partner with recruitment to support hiring needs and retention strategies across facilities.
  • Act as a resource for HR policy interpretation, benefits education, and employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive culture, performance, and engagement initiatives in alignment with Complete Care’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a field-based role with daily travel across Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to build strong working relationships with facility teams.
