Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation: material submittals, change orders, equipment releases, and drawing logs
• Assist with material management systems and jobsite logistics
• Support monthly AIA billing for large commercial HVAC projects
• Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and other project correspondence
• Order and schedule material deliveries; confirm receipt with field teams
• Assist with mechanical plan take-offs for estimating and procurement
• Identify and track drawing changes and potential conflicts
• Collaborate with other MEP trades to support coordination during project phases
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure proper tracking and return
• Help ensure compliance with safety protocols and support company safety initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience as an Assistant Project Manager in HVAC construction
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and blueprints
• Advanced computer literacy with strong Excel skills
• Experience with AutoCAD, QuickBooks, Procore, Textura, or Tsheets preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills; punctual and team-oriented
• On-site construction experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday
