HR Coordinator (Employee Engagement): Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives designed to increase associate engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Working closely with HR, leadership teams, and associates to foster a positive organizational culture, encourage open communication, and promote associate satisfaction.

Essential Duties

  • Design and implement associate initiatives to boost morale, satisfaction, and performance
  • Develop and implement programs that foster a positive work culture
  • Ensure associate activities align with company values and goals
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events; Take Our Children to Work Day, Holiday Parties, Annual Picnic
  • Coordinate associate recognition programs; Annual Awards ceremony
  • Coordinate Life Events and email birthday lists to CEO and President
  • Complete Associate Spotlights and assist with Keeping Comfortable e-newsletter and recognition
  • Conduct surveys to gather feedback on associate satisfaction, engagement, and areas of improvement.
  • Track and report on associate engagement metrics
  • Coordinate Performance Reviews
  • Coordinate Best Place to Work Recognition
  • Assist Senior Vice President with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, outgoing, positive attitude, multi-tasker
  • Assertive and self-starter

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs as needed
  • Ability to drive vehicle to event locations
  • Ability to physically navigate event space
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment
