A day in the role

You arrive before the first parts hit the line, scan the production board, and run a quick huddle to align priorities. You review CNC programs and setups, verify tooling, and walk the floor to remove roadblocks. Throughout the day, you coach operators, fine-tune workflows, and partner with management on continuous improvement. Before shift end, you validate metrics, log performance, and set the next day up for success.

• Guide and coordinate daily work for the team to keep production moving smoothly.
• Onboard and coach new hires, building a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Oversee production quality and process compliance with company standards.
• Plan schedules and assign work to balance capacity and deadlines.
• Lead regular stand-ups to share goals, updates, and feedback.
• Champion safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance across the floor.
• Partner with leadership to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements.
