Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager for project execution from pre-construction through completion. You'll work alongside Project Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that construction projects are delivered safely on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and Help with day-to-day coordination of construction activities on commercial or industrial projects.
Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to track progress and resolve issues.
Support the preparation of project budgets, cost tracking, and progress reports.
Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, safety codes, and company standards.
Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
Maintain project records, drawings, and document control systems.
Support permitting, inspections, and close-out documentation.
Attend project meetings and assist in communication between field and office staff.
Qualifications
Commercial and Industrial Electrical Construction background upto 3 phase 480 Volts
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
