Job Overview

Newbrook Co of Georgia Inc is seeking a driven and energetic Project Manager to oversee commercial millwork and interior construction projects from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects, ensuring overall project success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Approve customer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Schedule manpower, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project schedules.
  • Monitor and review time entries of in-house crews.
  • Conduct project take-offs, budgeting, and invoice approvals.
  • Ensure accurate billing, including timely processing of change orders.
  • Manage collections and warranty administration.
  • Respond to field questions and provide necessary support to ensure progress.
  • Enforce company safety policies and quality control standards.
  • Oversee project coordination efforts alongside the Project Coordinator:
    • Material ordering and logistics.
    • Equipment and rental coordination.
    • Administrative duties for change orders and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and jobsite readiness.
  • Other construction project management responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management or field experience in commercial construction.
  • Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) and C-Stores preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Proactive, accountable, and capable of leading independently.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • No specific certifications required.

Schedule

  • Full-time.
  • 'Work what is required to make projects successful.'
  • Travel is required; per diem provided for out-of-town projects.

Location

  • Projects based in various locations-travel is expected.
  • Must be comfortable managing remote jobsites with varying scopes and timelines.
