Growth Path & Pay
- Starting MIT: $13–$14/hr + tips ($3–5/hr average)
- Phase 1 – Shift Leader: +$1/hr raise
- Phase 3 – Assistant Manager: +$1/hr raise
- General Manager: Competitive salary + bonus opportunities
- Lead by example and model excellent customer service
- Execute food prep, service, and operational standards
- Train and motivate team members
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and store organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment
- Step into leadership during busy shifts or manager absences
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Motivated to learn and take on new challenges
- Must be at least 18 years old (17+ preferred for closing shifts)
- 6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- $3–5/hr average in tips
