The Porsche Pro is tasked with providing customer service to all who enter our dealership and ensuring each customer as an experience that exceeds their expectations when picking up their new or preowned vehicle for the first time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a car or technology enthusiast with an affinity for sales and customer service as the Porsche Pro is responsible for training new or repeat Porsche owners how to best use all the features and functions of their new vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers who visit the sales department.
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery by performing a final quality inspection for cleanliness and condition, documenting any damages or discrepancies.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a proficient and detailed demonstration of the features and benefits of vehicles including Porsche Connect and completing the activation of Connect/My Porsche; maintain product knowledge expertise by maintaining training and certification requirements.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Team and Managers as needed.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related role preferred
