Position Overview
As an Automotive Bodyman, you will be responsible for repairing accident-related damage and restoring vehicles to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications. This position requires technical precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Hourly Rate: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed

Position Overview
As an Automotive Bodyman, you will be responsible for repairing accident-related damage and restoring vehicles to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer specifications. This position requires technical precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs efficiently and on schedule
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using hand and power tools
- Weld or bolt replacement parts into position
- Operate frame machines and other specialty equipment to restore body structure
- Remove vehicle components (upholstery, trim, electrical) as needed for access
- Diagnose structural damage and determine appropriate repair techniques
- Collaborate with team members and follow repair protocols
- 3+ years of auto body repair experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data
- Proficiency with frame machines and repair tools
- Certification in body repair preferred
- English required; Spanish a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid body repair license/certification (if applicable)
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motion
- Comfortable with kneeling, bending, squatting, and wearing protective equipment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
