The Purpose:
The Graphic Production Specialist will assist the Graphics Manager and the Graphic team with the execution of graphic production. This is not a Designer or Remote position. Scale will range from the smallest vinyl lettering to large scale building graphics. Individuals must have a broad understanding of graphic production and installation. In addition to this job description, the person in this position is responsible for operating within and managing to Czarnowski's standard operating procedures.

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Nevada if selected for the role. Any salary offered is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
Nevada Salary Range Starting at: $22.00
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.

In addition to this job description, the person in this position is responsible for operating within and managing to Czarnowski's standard operating procedures.
The Job:
- Broad knowledge of graphic production, and application including, but not limited to; die-cut vinyl, dye sublimation, tension fabric, standard UV/solvent/latex printing on various materials with application to various substrates.
- Operational Knowledge of roll to roll and flatbed printers.
- Knowledge of routers, laser cutters, digital flatbed cutters, and other substrate cutting and forming.
- Operation knowledge of film laminators and mounting equipment. Knowledge of how to laminate digital prints with both hot and cold overlaminates. Experience with mounting to various types of substrates.
- Advanced computer literacy, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Acrobat. Any major vinyl design / cutting (Flexi / casmate…), major RIP Program (Onyx, Caldera...)
- Must be able to lift, press, move material rolls and substrates weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work at heights up to 14 foot on a ladder and be willing to install at heights in a scissor lift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Trade Show Graphic Sign Shop experience a plus.
- Work in Czarnowski's web-based workflow system.
- Participate in Site-Surveys.
- Understand CAD drawings; ensure accuracy of drawing format and design.
- Maintain quality control.
- Willingness to work all days of the week.
- Willingness to work extended overtime hours.
- Must be a positive team player.
