Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Account Representative** to manage client relationships, handle service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves direct communication with clients and internal teams to support ongoing staffing projects and deliver tailored workforce solutions.

**Responsibilities**

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
• Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and service documentation
• Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend service improvements
• Resolve any client issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of account activity and communications
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
