As the Director of First Impressions, you are the face and voice of Black Label Built. This role is much more than reception—it’s a hybrid between administrative excellence, customer care, and digital marketing coordination. You’ll ensure every client interaction, whether in-person, over the phone, or online, is warm, professional, and aligned with our high-end brand.
This position requires a sharp, tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, highly digital environment and is excited to support both office operations and marketing efforts.

Position Overview

You’ll ensure every client interaction, whether in-person, over the phone, or online, is warm, professional, and aligned with our high-end brand.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Office Management
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and positivity
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls/messages appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and confirmations using CRM systems
- Support the sales and project management teams with admin tasks and client coordination
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and office environment
- Use project management and CRM platforms (e.g., Job Tread, Go High Level, Ninety, Slack) for data entry, file management, and task tracking
- Lead intake specialist, logging incoming leads, following up with leads, scheduling
- Monitor and update internal schedules, calendars, and to-do boards
- Handle tech troubleshooting or liaison with IT support as needed
- Capture behind-the-scenes content from the office, job sites, and client stories
- Help draft, post, and schedule social content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Respond to social media comments and messages professionally and promptly
- Assist the marketing team in coordinating content calendars and ad campaigns
- Support community engagement efforts and client follow-up for reviews
- Facilitate local business engagement with our partners
- Proven experience in administrative, customer service, or point of contact roles
- Highly comfortable with technology, apps, and cloud-based systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with social media platforms and basic content creation and posting
- Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and pivot in a dynamic construction office environment
- Familiarity with design/build, home improvement, or contractor industries is a plus
