Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to provide essential operational support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate scheduling, data integrity, dispatching efficiency, and financial stewardship across multiple projects. Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Dispatch: Create and manage the daily schedule for mitigation crews, ensuring jobs are assigned appropriately and equipment is allocated correctly.
  • Data Accuracy & Recordkeeping: Maintain up-to-date electronic project records across platforms such as PSA, Xactanalysis, and Concur. Ensure accurate tracking of job progress, photo uploads, and file documentation.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the team and external partners (e.g., adjusters, TPAs), as well as internal stakeholders and customers. Ensure messages and updates are communicated clearly and promptly.
  • Financial Stewardship: Track job invoices, review documentation for accuracy, submit payments for approval, and support the department’s billing processes.
  • Team Support: Assist Project Managers and Technicians by handling administrative logistics and removing roadblocks so the team can focus on field execution.
  • Problem Solving: Use investigative thinking to solve scheduling conflicts, missing data, and system discrepancies - even when information is incomplete.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or coordination roles preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in business systems such as PSA, Concur, Xactanalysis, or similar project management platforms
    • Strong Microsoft Office and file organization skills
