Data Analyst Intern
We are looking for a dynamic intern who is eager to learn about Larry H. Miller Real Estate, real estate investment, and development, by assisting the Data Analytics Department. Under general supervision of the Data Analytics team, the intern will work on a variety of assignments to provide general support to the Data Analytics Department. The intern’s assignments will make a positive contribution to the Larry H. Miller Real Estate company as well as give the intern opportunities to gain “hands on” work experience with the intent of training the intern for the potential of starting a successful career after graduation.
Ideal candidates will be smart, ambitious, and hard-working with a good understanding of data analysis and real estate concepts. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, understand financial modeling, and in articulating and presenting strategic recommendations. This opportunity is a great opportunity to learn, gain experience, and to contribute to impactful project in the Larry H. Miller Real Estate portfolio.
The internship will be held at the Larry H. Miller Real Estate’s Sandy, Utah location with occasional travel to project sites. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week. This internship is ineligible to receive the employee benefits to which regular company employees are entitled.

Internship Details
- $18.00 – $21.00 hourly
- Full-time, estimated to last 12 weeks from May – August
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University or College program; preferred majors are Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be able to commute to and from Sandy, Utah office
- Perform market research analysis.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources.
- Support ongoing projects by performing data validations and other tasks as needed.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and prioritize activities for organizational value.
- Consistently demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
- Provide support with administrative duties.
- Perform due diligence.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- All other duties as assigned
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. independently.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting.
- To perform other duties as required.
