Accountabilities

• Placing Purchase Orders for Equipment
• Identify opportunities for cost savings
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
• Collaborate with Sales when special pricing programs are negotiated for projects
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and evaluate AV suppliers, negotiate contracts, and process purchase orders.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
• Track AV equipment availability, stock levels, storage, and maintenance.
• Support project managers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.
• Stay updated on AV technologies, trends, and best practices; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize Monday.com, D-Tools, and other internal programs and systems.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, delivery schedules, and invoice resolution.
• Manage returns of unused or incorrect equipment
  
  

What You Should Have

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related.
• 3+ years of experience in the Audio Visual industry preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
• Familiarity with AV equipment and technologies.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of D-Tools software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.

Compensation And Benefits

The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $60,000-$75,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
