Accountabilities
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $60,000-$75,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.

Accountabilities
- Placing Purchase Orders for Equipment
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers
- Collaborate with Sales when special pricing programs are negotiated for projects
- Identify and evaluate AV suppliers, negotiate contracts, and process purchase orders.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
- Track AV equipment availability, stock levels, storage, and maintenance.
- Support project managers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and contribute to budgeting and financial planning.
- Stay updated on AV technologies, trends, and best practices; recommend improvements as needed.
- Utilize Monday.com, D-Tools, and other internal programs and systems.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotes, delivery schedules, and invoice resolution.
- Manage returns of unused or incorrect equipment
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or related.
- 3+ years of experience in the Audio Visual industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
- Familiarity with AV equipment and technologies.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of D-Tools software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. This position may require travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations, which may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, lifting light luggage, and adapting to different time zones.
