Senior Software Engineer

About The Role

Build and ship real product that kills the maintenance headache for residents, property managers, owners, vendors, and technicians. You will design, code, and own features end-to-end. You will move fast, keep quality high, and help us scale.

What You Will Do

• Design and ship APIs and features in Python and Django that are scalable and maintainable
• Improve CI and CD so the team moves fast and stays stable
• Profile the app and the database, fix performance issues, and show the impact
• Own reliability with clear logging, metrics, alerts, and calm incident practice
• Shape architecture for core workflows and make smart tradeoffs
• Partner with product and design, meet customers as needed, and mentor engineers
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong Python & Django acumen. If Django is new, you pick it up fast
• Bias to action. You close the loop with users and with your team
• Solid DevOps instincts and an understanding of how systems fit together
• Ownership mindset. You design for scale, maintainability, and pragmatism
• Collaboration. You work well with product, design, and customers
• Depth with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
  
  

How We Work

• Remote across the United States
• At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Mountain Time
• In-person time
• Three company gatherings each year. These are our product team gatherings as well
• Once each quarter you shadow a customer to see how the product lands in the real world
  

Pay

• Salary range $120,000 to $178,000 annually
• Candidates must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.
